As IT SCM Business Analyst, you will be working with Service Manager on application from its initial planning, development, release management, operations and compliance management. What will you be doing:
- Work with business to collect problem statements and convert them into change management process supported by Devops.
- Maintain the requirements backlog in Devops.
- Work closely with technical team (ariba,S4 developers and solution architects) to ensure that they have a clear understanding of requirements, data sources and data flows.
- Support PM / IT SM within project delivery (lead regular meetings with MDG technical teams).
- Support development team during development process.
- Participate in UAT, supporting business users and resolving discrepancies in data.
- Participate actively to product documentation.
- Be a support for support team in resolving complex issues.
- Maintain regular contact with business stakeholders to anticipate future needs for system changes and enhancements.

Qualifications for this Job:
- At least Msc Degree/BA in information systems or finance, economics, accounting or similar.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position or business area
- High sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Systematic approach and business-oriented mindset combined with good articulation skills.
- Understanding of MDG-Ariba SLP/GB-S4 flow for suppliers at Hitachi Energy system environment.
- A problem solving attitude and ability to effectively work and organize work without supervision.
- High degree of intercultural awareness.
- Self-driven personality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: present and report activities clearly and effectively. Fluent English is a must
- Should have knowledge on Direct/indirect Business, If we are concentrating on both.
- Reporting – Need basic SCM analysis skill based on business (Product and project) in Power BI or any analytical tool.
- Strong ownership and leadership demonstrated with a success track over previous assignments.
