Overview:
Nokia is hiring an experienced Incident Management Specialist at their Noida and Chennai location. The CNS Cloud & Cognitive business unit supports and operates communication service providers’ (CSP) and enterprise networks. This includes network infrastructure services and professional services for mobile networks and managed operations for fixed, mobile, IP and optical domains. This team is the bridge between business development, presales, solutioning and delivery teams and helps in deal management/assurance of most crucial deals for CNS Cloud and Cognitive (CCS) business unit.

What will you be doing:
- End-to-End incident management and accountable for leading incident till resolution.
- Escalation/Emergency Handling.
- Sound knowledge and experience in Stakeholder management, Process and Governance.
- Ability to lead crisis and conflict management.
- Co-ordinating with GDC, Care, Planning, Region and Customer, knowledge of raising trouble ticket process, emergency handling mechanism, regular updates to customers
- Share regular reports/ Updates to Management/Customer.
- Preparation of PIR (Primary Information Report) for all P1 & P2 priority incidents.
- Able to handle and drive multiple teams (AM, FM, CM, IP, 3rd Parties) involve in troubleshooting.
- End-to-end knowledge and co-ordination of IMS Network, SBC such as handling of call related issue of IMS at SBC level and co-ordination with Hub location for analysis at TAS/CFX.
- Operations & Maintenance of Core IMS Network including troubleshooting, monitoring, tracing on interfaces such as Wireshark or internal system traces and logs
- Hands on experience on Nokia SBC, TAS, CFX, Switch, NT HLR, DRA, Cloud
- Ensure governance and contract expectations are met as per contract and SLA/OLA
- Regular audits of data to ensure operations process adherence
- Align to New Service Improvements
- Regularly collect feedback from regional team on quality challenges
- Analyze and prioritize learning that is to be implemented across the organization
- Planning and supporting the usage of relevant tools, and processes in the Solutions Architecture team
- Broad and sound knowledge of respective technologies
- Governance meeting with internal & external customers
- Interfacing with other Technical/Circle Teams for faster resolution.

Qualifications for this Job:
- Experience with Interfaces and Protocols such as SIP, DIAMETER, DNS, ISUP, MAP, INAP, CAMEL, etc.
- Coordination with Planning/ Customer/Care/ Solutions etc
- Customer Complaint Handling and first level Wireshark trace capturing and analysis.
- Exposure to 4G VOLTE & LTE network with call flow and protocols used.
- Comfortable with Redundancy testing and disaster handling including hardware change management handling.
- Multi-vendor Core NW exposure and experience such as Alcatel, Nokia, Ericsson, Oracle etc.
- Able to engage customers on technical front and contain escalations on ground level
- Good communications and representation skills.
- Willing to work in after-office hours as per need/emergency
- Working knowledge of Linux & Unix
- ITIL certification preferable.
