Ensures that documentation for all processes across the organization is reviewed and updated periodically. May coordinate with external auditors to prepare the attestation of management assessment on internal controls.

Qualifications for this Job:
- 1-3 years working experience in Consumer service process and expertise in back office environment
- Flexible to work various shift hours as required by the Company from time to time, including night shifts.
- Graduation or equivalent degree (Excluding B.Tech)
- Well-versed with Non- Voice back-end customer support processes
- Working knowledge of Google product suite / MS office is a must.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) since it will involve frequent interactions with stakeholders
- Good knowledge of SAP & CRM is preferable
