Overview:
Pepsico is hiring an experienced Enterprise Data Operations Asst Analyst at their Hyderabad location. This Enterprise Data Operations Deputy Analyst role will focus on PepsiCo Global BI Development leveraging approved tools like Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, Python, databases (Oracle, Teradata & MS SQL) & Cloud technology (Azure/AWS) in Global Data and Analytics. It will support BI activities to ensure dashboards are designed aesthetically and fully optimized including data security aspects.

What will you be doing:
- Partner closely with Data Science team to understand modeled outputs from different D&A products
- Explore and understand new and emerging visualization software tools
- Oversee coordination and partnerships with Business Teams, Business Relationship Managers, Architecture and IT services teams to develop and maintain Strong BI best practices and standards
- Support BI Development on Power BI / Tableau / Business Objects
- Ensure on time and on budget delivery which satisfies project requirements, while adhering to Development & Optimization standards.

Qualifications for this Job:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Computer Science, or Min 5 years relevant experience
- 2+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence (BI) Development
- 2+ years’ experience in Power BI and Tableau
- Proven experience visualizing raw, transformed, and modeled data via different platforms such as Power BI and Tableau for business partner consumption; proven experience in developing complex dashboards with heavy data volumes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with collaboration and listening skills
- Good understanding of PepsiCo business processes, data environments
- Ability to work with agile delivery methodologies
- Ability to ideate requirements and design iteratively with business partners without formal requirements documentation
- Ability to estimate project deliverables
- Must be a strong team player with effective teamwork skills
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and understanding ETL data ingestion
- Extensive experience with business intelligence tools; Power BI, Tableau, Python, databases (Oracle, Teradata & MS SQL)
- Knowledge of Cloud Technology(Azure/AWS) is preferrable
