Roles & Responsibilities
- Help build and execute the brand communication strategy for Flipkart Health+. Implement the key campaigns through the year to help achieve the desired brand positioning and leadership status.
- Ideate, Innovate & execute clutter-breaking messaging and campaigns that help in driving the marketing objectives of the brand.
- Work and manage all creative agencies and digital channel managers to ensure they meet campaign objectives.
- Monitor and manage review plans, in collaboration with digital channel managers, agencies,
- Liaison with the internal research team to work out how consumer/ category insights feed into communication strategy and fine-tune creative for better impact on brand and business goals.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly optimization tactics that consistently improve each channel’s ROI without losing sight of growth and aid digital channel managers.
- Work with program managers, and category teams to ensure their expectations are aligned and delivered regularly. Creative or strategic.
- Work with internal teams to ensure all vendor payments and onboarding is smooth, this includes legal approvals, vendor registration, evaluating a vendor.
- Embrace knowledge of all changing media marketplace conditions, consumer trends, research/measurement evolutions, media tech and provide expertise internally to keep organization in the know.
- Implement on-going communications to inspire the best work and ensure a strong feedback back loop is built to help the brand grow.
- Analyzing and reporting campaign performance and drawing learnings for future course of action.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Candidates should have possessed MBA from a recognized University in India.
Experience: Must have total work experience of 4-5 years in the Brand Marketing space, in FMCG/Consumer Durables/Sports/D2C brands with an exposure to 360-degree marketing
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high level way to communicate key points to partners and internal stakeholders
Skills: Must have Brand Marketing Experience, Agency Handling, Social Media Handling, Budget Management
