Overview:

Nestle is hiring an experienced Regional Benefits Specialist at their Gurgaon location. You will be responsible to support in the creation, review and improvement of existing benefit plans, working closely with the relevant Markets, Regional Benefits Manager, Corporate Benefits, Group Pensions and Insurance or Procurement teams as appropriate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

  • Support Markets in ensuring compliance with Global Benefits Guidelines and Standards
  • Support selection of external vendors (brokers and insurers) and manage relationships with providers to ensure reliable service delivery
  • Review and update benefits database of Markets as well as review data to external survey providers in order to ensure a robust benchmarking process and reliable data.  Carry out post-survey analysis, extracting key messages on Nestlé’s competitive position, external trends, and recommendations as to potential corrective actions
  • Work with Finance to monitor plan costs and financial risks and work with Benefits Manager to identify proactively potential issues and where mitigating actions are needed (e.g. changes in investment strategy, plan design, etc.)
  • Help design and deliver communications to employees so that benefits programs are understood and valued, including preparing training materials
  • Ensure full compliance in the benefits area, including meeting internal controls as well as external tax, social security and labour laws
  • Work closely with Total Rewards colleagues in COC and Markets and support each other in Total Rewards activities (job evaluation, annual compensation campaign, etc)
  • Provide ad-hoc support to Markets on Global Mobility processes and policies.

Eligibility:

  • University Degree level education or equivalent
  • 2-3+ years’ experience in Human Resources either in a large corporation with progressive people practices and/or a consulting company
  • Basic knowledge of local employment law & labor regulations
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel
  • Financial training and project management skills are an advantage
  • Excellent communication, time management and networking skills
