As mentioned in the official notification of Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment 2023, the candidate must belong to the Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers, have expertise in the field of Signaling and Telecommunication, project execution/ experience in the field of operation and Maintenance of the latest state of the art signaling system. The experience in multilateral/bilateral funded project(s) shall be an added advantage.

Salary for Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment 2023:
In accordance with the official notification of Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary as mentioned below-
- The selected candidates on Deputation basis will get a monthly salary as drawn parent department pay plus deputation allowance, as applicable, under the relevant rules.
- The selected candidates on Direct Recruitment basis will get a monthly salary as per the pay scales under the IDA (Industrial DA) as applicable from time to time and other benefits which include Perks, Lease/HRA, Medical benefits, EPF, Gratuity and Insurance etc., as per the extant rules of the Corporation.
- The selected candidates on PRCE basis will get a consolidated fee of Rs.165900.
Tenure for Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment 2023:
As per the official notification of Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on the basis of deputation, Direct Recruitment and PRCE. The selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 01 year.
Selection Process for Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment 2023:
According to the official notification of Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of a Personal Interview and Medical Fitness examination. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the personal interview.
