Finance Manager Vacancy at DHL
Overview:
DHL is hiring an experienced Manager Finance in Maharashtra State. You will support in all Tax planning initiatives of Direct tax and interact with India Tax Team & advisors and seek clarifications on company matters pertaining to taxation and keep oneself abreast of latest developments and changes in Taxation laws.
The complete details of this job are as follows:
What will you be doing:
- Ensure that Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing, Assessments and Tax returns are completed on timely and accurate basis.
- Ensure proper and accurate accounting and reconciliation of all Tax accounts on a monthly basis.
- Ensure that all direct Tax returns are filed on a timely basis.
- Ensure computation of monthly tax and payment of all taxes is done on a timely basis.
- Review of customer / vendor contracts from the Tax point of view.
- Review and Improve processes and systems to ensure smooth, effective and efficient operations in the accounts department.
- Monitor and lead various initiatives like quality improvement/measurement, automation, etc.
- Participate in cross functional teams (as and when applicable)
- Support the all functions in tax planning initiatives
- Ensure proper accounting and reconciliations of all tax accounts.
- Review and improve process and system to ensure smooth, effective and efficient operations in the accounts
- Assist in Statutory audit/Group Audit/Internal audit
- Ensuring Proper month end/Year end activities from Accounting Governance
