Overview:
Victoria’s Secret is hiring an experienced Merchandise Systems Analyst at their Bangalore location. The Merchandise Data Systems Analyst enables data-driven merchandising and customer experience capabilities. This role ensures that the delivery of merchandise data to dependent applications and teams is timely, accurate and fit for purpose. A key partner to business and technology teams in creating and optimizing merchandise data processes and capabilities.

What will you be doing:
- Supports and manages the processes and applications that capture and maintain product and assortment data
- Troubleshoots product data and functionality within and across systems
- Creates/monitors data quality reporting and resolves exceptions
- Ensures system integrity and enforces data governance
- Processes data related to the creation and update of merchandise styles, color choices and SKUs
- Creates and maintains resources that facilitate knowledge of VS & Co. product data and applications
- Proactively drives process and workflow improvements using automation, as well as establishing success criteria and measuring results
- Identifies and actions opportunities to elevate the customer experience using data
- Drives innovation and improvements in merchandise data processes and availability of information to support business initiatives
- Supports technology projects with expertise and validation of product data and related system functionality.
Qualifications for this Job:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field
- Able to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve data issues within and between applications
- Clearly articulates system functionality and issue resolution details to business partners
- Can create data process and system functionality education tools
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Flexible and willing to pitch in as workload or priorities shift within the team
- Understanding and strong interest in all aspects of customer experience
- Readily turns problems into actionable solutions and implements data-driven processes
- Capacity to create and manage detailed action plans and timelines for implementing solutions
- Intellectually curious and able to identify opportunities that have potential to add business value
What Skills are Needed:
- 4 – 8 years professional experience supporting data-driven applications
- Excel Expert experienced in combining large data sets from multiple sources
- Mid-level knowledge of SQL and relational databases is a must
- Experience automating database extracts and reporting is a must
- Experience using SharePoint to centralize and share information is a plus
- Power Query is a plus
- Power Automate or related tools is a plus
- Experience with merchandising systems is a plus
