Fellowship Emolument under DRDO Recruitment 2023:
According to the DRDO Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, to be appointed in the Junior Research Fellow Posts shall be entitled to a Fixed Fellowship as follows:
Fellowship Emolument: Rs. 31000 (Consolidated) Per Month with Applicable HRA and Medical Facilities.
Age Limit for DRDO Recruitment 2023:
The Age Limit for General Merit Candidates as on the Closing Date of Application submission 26.04.2023 is as follows:
Age Limit: Not exceeding 28 Years for Open Market Candidates.
Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates as per the Government Rules.

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in First Division in the Relevant Discipline from any of the Central Government/State Government Accredited Universities/Institutes.
Selection Criteria under DRDO Recruitment 2023:
The Selection Criteria for DRDO Junior Research Fellow Post shall be carried through by Shortlisting followed by Video-Conferencing (VC) Or Physical Mode (PM)/In-Person (IP). The Shortlisted Candidates will be intimated through SMS/Email.
Engagement Terms: The Junior Research Fellow is Temporary and Maximum Tenure is 05 (Five) Years. The Initial Tenure will span 02 (Two) Years and will subsequently be elevated to Senior Research Fellow for the remaining 03 (Three) Years subject to the Incumbent’s Individual Satisfactory Performance to be assessed as per the DRDO (Defence Research Development Organisation) Guidelines.
